The AMG gets some updates for 2020, tweaked LED headlights/ tail-lights, re-designed rear-diffuser and exhaust, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch infotainment system as well as a new steering with touch sensitive pads. Conventional buttons on the centre console have been replaced by display buttons.
AMG GT R gets the same 4.0-litre V8 engine which delivers 585 PS and 700 Nm of torque. The engine comes hooked to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox which comes as standard. 0 to 100 kmph comes up in just 3.6 seconds and has a top-speed of 318 kmph.
